Who Are We?
Outpatient Therapy Services is an extension of the Henry County Health & Rehabilitation Facility. We have a team of physical, occupational and speech therapist along with support staff to meet your rehabilitation needs. HCHR has provided skilled nursing  to this area for 30 years and is very excited to now offer outpatient services.

What  Do We Do?
We provide physical, occupational and speech therapy services to both young and old. Our highly trained  team of therapists are some of the best in their fields. Our patients range in age from pediatrics to senior adults and we treat anything from sports injuries or joint replacements to cardiac rehab and speech or language problems. We work closely with your physician to provide the best plan of care to get you back to life. Regardless if your physician/surgeon is in the Dothan, Eufaula or Columbus/Pheinx City area, we can provide your outpatient therapy needs.

Who Is Eligible for Therapy?
A prescription from a physician is required for all therapy. Once it is determined that you need this service, you can make one phone call to our facility and we take care of the rest. We file your insurance for you so all you have to worry about is recovery. Many conditions and injuries constitute the use of therapy. It is important for you to discuss them with your physician. Just remember, where you go for rehab is your choice.

Why Are We Different?
HCHR is the only skilled nursing facility in the Wiregrass area to offer outpatient therapy services. Our extensive experience in inpatient therapy has helped us step successfully into this new area.
We offer all three disciplines of therapy, where as most outpatient clinics just offer physical therapy.
We treat pediatrics.
Our location makes it very convenient for both those in Henry County and the Eufaula areas.
