Therapy Services

Therapy Services of HCH&R offers professional rehabilitation services in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. Our highly trained and motivated Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Speech and Language Pathologist can assist you down you road of recovery to regain, and possibly exceed, your prior level of function. We work closely with our residents and their families to assure their needs are met during this time of recovery.

Therapist will evaluate our long term residents and if determined medically necessary, will treat those who may have had a decline or improvement in function concerning:

· transfers

· gait

· fall issues

· positioning or safety concerns

· orthotics or bracing

· changes in swallow function

· changes in cognition

· generalized changes
